Good morning Families,
Drop Off Procedures:
Please remember these basic procedures that will ease picking up and dropping off students each day:
Please STAY IN YOUR vehicle. If your child needs assistance pull all the way up to the very last two gates in front of the playground.
Form 2 car lines after the bank until you reach the corner by the Dollar Tree. At that point merge to ONE line.
7th & 8th Gordmans drop off - Doors will open at 7:45 and staff will be present to supervise the students! IF you have younger children to drop off you MUST join the drop off line and stop at the corner by the fence where the 2 lines merge and drop off your 7th/8th grader. If you choose to drop your 7th/8th grader off in front of Gordmans you will have to go around and re-join the drop off line. You will not be able to merge in at the corner.
When you reach the cones students may get out of their car through the passenger side doors.
Pull ALL the way forward.
Pick Up Procedures:
If your child gets picked up at 2:00 (Kinder & 1st) please make a sign with your child’s name and put it in your front windshield.
Remind your 2nd - 6th grade students to look for their cars.
8th graders and their siblings along with walkers will be dismissed at 3:55. 8th grade students can walk to the Convention Center parking lot to be picked up. Please follow the diagram below.
Tire TODO hacia adelante.
